The mission of the Harford County 4H Clubs, Inc. is to support the Harford County 4H program. Through its board of directors, the organization is dedicated to generating private funds to meet the needs of our youth. We are responsible for managing and maintaining the camp facilities for the benefits of all visitors.

Our goal is to empower today’s youth to become tomorrows leaders by providing high quality experiences that promote youth development.
